Snapshot is a Science Fiction detective story following Anthony Davis, a cop assigned to Snapshot Duty. Davis and Chaz were both very complex characters to follow. The world building in this was fantastic and left me wanting more stories in this setting. The story incorporated both familiar beats of a police story with some great fantastic elements.Īs a reader, I was constantly surprised and wondering what would happen next, and what the detectives would uncover. The concept of a snapshot was very original and really transported you to a new world in the future.
